What's actually driving
your fatigue?

What this assessment covers

The Case Profile is the same three-layer intake structure used at the start of clinical work at PFoley Clinic. It is free, takes 5–8 minutes, and you can download your results at the end.

Layer 1 — Symptom screen

A widely used clinical screening questionnaire that maps symptom burden across body systems — energy, digestion, mood, sleep, skin, hormones and immune function — and shows where the load is concentrated.

Layer 2 — Nervous system profile

Chronic fatigue rarely exists without a nervous system component. This layer profiles regulation patterns — how your system responds to stress, recovery and rest — which shapes how a recovery plan should be sequenced.

Layer 3 — ACE questionnaire

The adverse childhood experiences screen is an established research tool linking early-life stress to adult health outcomes. It is optional, handled sensitively, and adds context that standard medical histories miss.

If your main concern is ongoing exhaustion, the chronic fatigue page explains the clinical approach in detail. You can also read case studies of clients who started exactly here.
